Assalamu’alaikum,

I've been speaking to several CEOs, HR Directors, and managers at companies worldwide (small and big).

They all face a consistent challenge of managing people's spiritual and emotional challenges that get in the way of doing their best work and impact team and organizational performance.

Challenges like envy, anger, ego-centricity, gossip, lying, arrogance, etc.

Typically, companies tackle the above challenges through 'cognitive' interventions like training, coaching, and giving feedback.

But some spiritual and emotional challenges can only be dealt with through a deeper - heart-centric and spiritual based - approach.

A person or function/role whose sole purpose is dedicated to the spiritual and emotional well-being of leaders and employees at an organization.

What do you think?

  • If you’re a CEO/HR Director - would you consider experimenting with such a role in your organization?

  • If you’re a staff member - would you be interested in your company hiring a Chief Murabbi Officer?

Hit reply and let me know.

Sincerely,

P.S. Good news to all those who pre-ordered the Barakah Effect book.. insha’Allah, we’re on track to shipping the books earlier than 15th Rajab (26th Jan). Keep an eye out on your mailboxes :)
