The productivity system I wish I had 18 years ago

Assalamu'alaikum,

18 years ago, I was a burned-out student questioning how to manage my energy, focus, and time to complete my masters degree, work at 2 part-time jobs, help with the community, and other responsibilities.

That struggle led me to seriously learn the science of productivity and start a small blog called ProductiveMuslim.com.

I wasn't trying to build a business. I was trying to understand how to balance it all.

Along the way, I started realizing that there wasn't much content that connects spirituality to productivity.

As someone who knew that Islam can be the solution to all parts of our life, I wondered what the link is between spirituality and productivity?

SubhanaAllah, that question and my attempt to answer it turned this simple blog into a global platform.

Moreover, it led me to write the Productive Muslim book, run 17 cohorts of the Productive Muslim program, and train over 60 trainers to teach this message to others.

Alhamdulillah, the collective impact is transforming thousands of Muslim professionals, students, business owners, and parents worldwide.

At this stage, I could have sat down and moved on to developing another program, especially since the original Productive Muslim program was working well. But we wanted to make it better.

After listening to feedback from students and our trainers, we've reimagined our flagship program. The Productive Muslim Program 2.0 isn't just an update - it's a complete reframe of productivity centered on Barakah Culture.

Instead of compartmentalizing productivity, we're deeply integrating spirituality into how you manage your energy, focus, and time so that every hour becomes a true act of worship, not just lip service.

Moreover, it’s not just a masterclass; it’s a 12-month transformational journey that includes not only a 6-week course but also 12 months of ongoing coaching through monthly “Ask-Me-Anything” sessions, a private community, daily virtual co-working sessions, and more.

I'm excited about this program, but here's something important: I’ll only be teaching this program live one more time starting this Monday, 6th Rabi-II 1447H (29th September 2025). After this live session, the program will become a pre-recorded program so our certified trainers can carry this work forward.
